For over 35 years St Andrew’s church on Liverpool’s iconic Rodney Street has been empty and in need of renovation. Purchased by Middle England Developments in 2011 it has now been restored and has been given a new life as student accommodation.
The Grade II listed building has been given a complete make-over inside and out. It’s interiors are contemporary and feature all the mod-cons any university student would need from Wi-Fi to an onsite gym.
