Designed by AAS Creations with Design Infinity overseeing the fit-out, the aim was to create an office space for the real estate unit of AWR Properties.
Amtico Carpet, Variations Hematite
The entire floor was altered where small offices were integrated to form a large office, including a conference room and common spaces. Changing the usage of a space can bring challenges; in this case it was ensuring the installation of all the finishes so that the corners and lines were not only in symmetry but also properly aligned. Using a rigid loose lay LVT such as Amtico Access made it easier to keep the shape of the floor when installing, helping with speed of fit out. Because it is a loose lay product, Access is ideal for flexible layouts as individual tiles can be lifted, moved and replaced as needed.
