Buying Amtico Flooring FAQs

Amtico flooring is available through our trusted network of independent retailers.

Your retailer can help you compare products, choose a design and laying pattern, and understand what will work best in your space. They can also assess any preparation required, provide a quotation and arrange professional installation.

You can order full-size samples from your local Amtico One retailer. Smaller samples are available free of charge through our website (6”x6” Stones/Abstracts and 4”x6” Woods). Simply browse the products online and add your favourites (up to six) to your basket.

Entrance-matting samples are not currently available through our online sample service. You can view Amtico entrance matting and discuss the available options with your local Amtico retailer.

Yes. Returning your samples is free, and we’d be very happy to have them back so they can be recycled or reused.

Simply place the samples in their original packaging and use the prepaid returns label included with your order. If you need another label, you can download the label here.

Our specialist retailer network throughout the UK and Ireland have mini showrooms within their stores. In this network are Amtico One: Exclusive Retail Partners, offering personalised design, a wide product choice and room visualisation.

Our easy-to-use Room Visualiser tool allows you to experiment with our products and laying patterns in a range of different virtual rooms. Just select a room, browse our products and experiment to see which colours and patterns will look best in your space.

We manufacture LVT using oils, dyes and inks, all of which can vary slightly from batch to batch. Lighting conditions can affect our photography, too – meaning tiles can look different in our brochure and website images. Our free samples are great for inspiration, but we always recommend visiting an Amtico retailer to view sample boards or installations before making your decision.

We sell Amtico through our trusted network of retailers, who’ll help you choose the right floor for your home and provide a price based on your individual project.

That’s why we don’t publish one fixed price for an Amtico floor. Every home is different, and the final cost depends on the collection you choose, the size of your space, the design and laying pattern, and the preparation and fitting required.

Your retailer will assess what’s needed for your home, explain the options and provide a quotation that reflects the full project. This helps ensure your Amtico floor is fitted correctly, performs as it should and gives you the quality finish you expect.

Each Amtico LVT collection comes in a variety of tile or plank sizes, all detailed within the specific collection pages in our brochure and on our website. The size(s) you choose will depend on the space you’re working with and the product/laying pattern you’ve selected. Our specialist retailers are on hand to help.
