Mulled Oak was recreated in Amtico First Acoustic to bring rich, caramel wood tones and enhanced acoustic comfort to the Fairfax apartments.

Co-Working Suite
The co-working suite welcomes residents with the distinctive dark tones of Furrowed Oak laid in Chevron – a timeless laying pattern with a carefully considered angle, creating an elegant design with a relaxed sense of directionality.
The design incorporates curved finishes for the carpet inlay and around the meeting rooms – all precision-cut in our Coventry manufacturing facility.
The Apartments
The apartments feature contemporary open-plan designs and are finished with Amtico First Acoustic flooring, reducing sound transmission by up to 18dB. This enhances comfort, privacy and overall quality of living for residents across each level.
Mulled Oak from Amtico Spacia was the perfect colour for the apartments with its rich, caramel tones and traditional wood grain. Required in First Acoustic, the Amtico team took the colour and created a tailor-made Amtico First Acoustic version for this stunning project.

The apartments are finished with a Stripwood laying pattern, which offers a stunningly simple yet timeless finish. Laid in one colour throughout, it creates a contemporary space which is homely and welcoming for residents that call the Fairfax home.
The Penthouse
The Penthouse offers an additional layer of luxury by incorporating a wood and stone design from the Amtico Spacia collection. The kitchen area is subtly zoned using Pampas, laid in Uniform Tile and finished with Polished Copper stripping - creating a clean, modern aesthetic that complements the Spacia wood, Mulled Oak, laid in a Herringbone Plank.
