The interior design concept utilises a simple palette – with materials, colours and finishes derived from the ‘eclectic industrial’ theme, to reflect the heritage of the site. Amtico Spacia flooring in Rustic Barn Wood was chosen for the apartments, with the aged and distressed wood providing a rustic grain finish that is perfectly suited to the heritage aesthetic.

Made in Coventry, Spacia Rustic Barn Wood is fitted throughout all 379 aspirational apartments, extending from the living-dining-kitchen areas into the bedrooms.

The simple, single-colour Stripwood pattern reflects the clean, contemporary feel of the apartments. The pattern extends from the living and dining areas, continuing through the hallways for a natural design approach that ties in with the open-plan rooms.
