Amtico Bio takes top spot at TCF Awards 2024

In a win for sustainable design, Amtico Bio has secured its second major award in just over four months, taking first place at the Tomorrow’s Contract Floors Awards 2024. Following the Designerati Awards win for 'Material Product of the Year’ in November 2023, we’re thrilled that Amtico Bio – our first bio-attributed LVT – has been recognised again!
The annual TCF awards aim to recognise the exceptional flooring products and services that are making a difference to the way you work today.
After receiving a high number of nominations, TCF shortlisted the top 35 products and services for their innovation, ease of installation, safety, style or sustainability credentials. We were thrilled when Amtico Bio was named among the shortlisted products.
The top 35 were then put forward to a vote and on the 11th March 2024 TCF announced the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
We’re so proud to have taken the top spot; Amtico Bio was developed to offer specifiers and interior designers a more sustainable option whilst maintaining a variety of design-led products, with no compromise on quality.
For each Amtico Bio order, we source the required amount of bio-attributed PVC, which is made using renewable biomass materials, and feeds into our existing manufacturing process using the 'Mass Balance' principle.
