Amtico celebrates milestone birthday in style

On the 20th of June 2024, Amtico shut up shop to throw a monumental and inclusive party for our 60th birthday.
The sun was shining on the Amtico team as we gathered at the Heart of England Conference Centre for a day full of fun activities, tasty food, lively music and to reminisce over the last 60 years of Amtico.
We wanted to celebrate in style and have as many Amtico faces as we could present. We were thrilled to be joined by teams from across the business, and grateful to those who quite literally went the extra mile, to join us from as far as Dubai and Australia.
Opening the day, Jonathan Duck - Amtico CEO, gave a welcoming speech thanking the team for the successes over the years.
It’s been a privilege to be a part of it when the company is built entirely upon its people. Not just everybody here today, but all the people who have worked at Amtico in the past.
The day was jam-packed with high energy activities from bumper cars to quad bikes, but for those who wanted to kick back and relax there was also time for a gentle paddle in the pedalos across the lake.
It was a truly wonderful event that wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work of Emma Hopkins, Senior Marketing Executive, and Christina Beedle, Executive Assistant, so a big thank you to them both for creating a wonderful day – we look forward to the next 60 years.
